After many years of traveling to Panama City Beach and renting different condos on VRBO we decided to purchase this condo in 2015.

We are both pharmacists and know with stressful careers everyone needs some R & R and fun. This little piece of paradise is our "let your hair down and relax" place and we know it will be yours, too.

We have been hosting over 20 years and, also, have been Super Hosts & Premier Partner since then.

This is one of the largest balconies overlooking the gulf and an 'End' unit(which is larger); so, you can see for miles and miles while beachfront. The master bedroom opens onto this balcony where you can sleep to the sound of rushing waves for your best night of sleep ever! Second bedroom has comfy Nectar hybrid mattresses on queen and full size beds.
We provide gas grills in spite of insurance issues they may cause. Also, we provide a steam room, sauna and seasonally, heated pool. This makes the complex very usable year round! Inside the condo is a large beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs and beach toys; so, you are covered even off season. Ample, free parking is painless- right under the condos or in a garage across the street with a covered walkway; so, you are not walking a mile to get to your condo. Our elevators are plentiful and speedy with rarely a wait. You are so close to WalMart and other businesses that you can walk. The beautiful tropical grounds are well groomed and complex and condo are very clean. Great safe, beautiful, location inside and out to bring your family and friends! Location, LOCATION, Location!
