I stayed here for two nights with a friend, and it was perfect. I would recommend!Pros: - very clean- good location- excellent communication (almost overly communicative - there were like three people I was in communication in) - someone was there to help us check in and explain things which was nice!- all amenities were working just fine - the shower seems like it only gives cold water but you have to turn it the opposite way you think it goes and then it works perfect!Cons:- There is no elevator so expect to haul your luggage up about two floors of stairs- it got a little confusing talking to three different people from the property (and sometimes getting told two different things for what to do with keys when checking out, etc.) I would recommend to the owners to keep that communication down to one person so it is less confusing. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Good location and comfortable stay, but maintenance and communication issues. Check a couple of things before booking, and you should be fine. The apartment is very well located, we slept well, and the living room and kitchen were pleasant and functional. However, the property was considerably more worn than the listing photos suggested, including a badly damaged sofa, loud ACs, a cracked bathroom sink and a refrigerator that was exceptionally loud and had to be unplugged - and eventually replaced. Communication with the management was a little frustrating, as I repeatedly had to follow up myself. To their credit, they replaced the refrigerator and sofa, and provided a 300 partial refund. I would advise you ask whether they have fixed the ACs and refreshed the bathroom before booking - if they have you will be totally fine.
