We had an amazing week with our family at the Van Lee. The owners are amazing to work with, and I've never rented a unit before that was so well-stocked with everything we needed, and more. The place was spotless, the beds all comfortable and the ocean view was beautiful. Our granddaughters were thrilled with the toys and puzzles provided. We were even able to get an amazing view of the Artemis II launch, which Shelly, the owner, so kindly reminded me of the day before. This place is a gem, and we will definitely be back!

We are Florida natives now living in NC. We fell in love with Ormond in 2018 while visiting friends and knew we wanted to plan to retire here so we purchased a condo to ultimately live in once we retire. We stay in the condo about one week a month and feel so at home here.

Ormond beach is such a charming town and we love the local dining. The peaceful, residential feel of the immediate area is just right for us yet still close to big attractions.

The Van Lee building is a family-friendly residential building that doesn't feel "touristy". We love that it's a no-drive beach!
