Welcome to "3 Suite Dreams!" Enjoy stunning views of the No-Drive portion of the beach from all three bedrooms, living room, and the 5th floor balcony! Each bedroom has a private connected bathroom creating three comfortable suites. "3 Suite Dreams" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

It was a perfect gift for my adult children and their families. Spacious bedrooms, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of beach chairs for everyone. Linens were top grade !!!

1st week we had rain..that couldn't be helped..then the sea weed..but all in all everyone had a great time..the pool was warm and fun to enjoy! the beach was fun..glad there was a llifeguard nearby..rip currents. I would indeed rent it again. thank you

It was very mice and clean. Great location easy access to the beach. The pool was begin sized but not crowded. It would be nice to have had key access for at least 4 people but it was a nice quiet place and beautiful view w great convenience and perfect family vacation setting

Great Place For A Family Vacation

Great location with an ocean front view. Well stocked. Square table made for lots of family game time and meals.

The cleanliness and general maintenance of the unit was our biggest issue. Floors were not cleaned or mopped upon arrival. Mold was found on shower curtains. Hair was found in bathroom drawers. Dirty children’s underwear from a previous guest was found on back of a sofa cushion. Kitchen counter was sticky and coffee pot was dirty. A ceiling fan in a bedroom was inoperable and a few bathroom towel racks were loose. Scuffed/scraped paint on walls needed to be touched up. Glass on sliding door windows were smudged and the screen on one sliding screen door was torn in several spots. One bedroom closet door was off its track due to missing hardware. Calls and texts to the management company/cleaning crew were made but their responsiveness was not immediate. My wife ended up mopping floors before other members of our family, including children, arrived. Eventually, housekeeping personnel came to inspect and address a few issues. Both crew members who visited were apologetic and pleasant. A new floor fan and shower curtain were installed. Overall, the unit is nice with a wonderful view and first impressions were great. However, several items within this unit are showing wear, tear, and neglect. Pride of ownership is not evident, which was the case in the beach condo we rented last summer.

Management company is excellent. Communication from the time of booking throughout our stay was really helpful. The condo was as expected from the photographs. Nice space to share with family while visiting relatives in the area.

Our 3rd Stay at the Ormondy

This is our favorite place to stay when in the Daytona area. Safe, clean and a perfect location to shopping and restaurants and of course, the beach. Not the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach proper, we enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Perfect walking beach! Florida Vacay is easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this condo building and using Florida Vacay!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! It was very roomy, fit our group of 9 perfectly, and decorated beautifully! The beach was never crowded and the pool was also a plus! We loved staying in Ormond beach since it was less crowded and not as commercialized.

Peaceful Retreat

The property was more than what we expected...very well stocked, spacious and modern. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't heated. Other than that, an excellent stay !

Our yearly family staycation

Checked in one day earlier as the condo wasn’t booked, check in at the condo had a few issues with code but eventually a nice man let us in and we were able to get to our beautiful condo, the condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, I would love a month there next summer! I do recommend they put up umbrellas at the tables near grill, it’s a eating and cooking area with no comfort spots to enjoy the beautiful scenery, I also would recommend they update their grilling utensils, over all our family enjoyed our stay and will 100% come back!!

So Clean!

Cleaness…nailed it! Security into bldg…best I’ve stayed at in the area! Lots of residents in the bldg so that makes for a very quite bldg. During a week stay I hardly heard a sound from other rooms. I love this place. Great for families with young children. We will be back!

Family reunion

We stayed here for an event and we came from all over the country . The management staff was so kind and the condo was perfect 3 separate suites with a common kitchen and living room perfect!! Clean all amenities included and super secure . I’ll be back!!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The property was as advertised. Beautiful views all day from every window. The only negative was the check in as the front keypad not working. However, reading reviews helped us prepare for such an occurrence. The access to the pool area and beach were incredible. Will not hesitate to come back to the Ormondy in the Future.
