Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Chasing Waves"! Enjoy stunning views of the No-Drive portion of Ormond Beach from the 6th floor balcony! F6 comfortably sleeps 10 guests with an Ocean view from every bedroom.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. We had enough room for me and wife and Sons families, there was nine of us altogether, with six and seven year old children. Beach view was amazing with a nice pool. It was like everyone had their own Hotel Room when we were not hanging out in the common areas.

Sister's Trip

My 2 sisters and I, ages from 62-75, got together for a week at the beach. The condo was lovely, the kitchen & baths were well stocked, the beds were great, and having our morning coffee on the deck looking out at the ocean was memorable! Everything was great.

Amazing Home away from Home

This property checked all the boxes! We utilized it for a baseball tournament, but I have saved it for future tournaments and vacation weekends. My only complaint is we could not stay longer to really enjoy it, and we had to return to real life on Monday!

Christmas with the grands!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great! Enough room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves! Having three bathrooms was wonderful! We enjoyed the balcony and saw dolphins! The kids enjoyed the water and beach. We even got to enjoy fireworks on the beach for new year's eve! Would most definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, really enjoyed the beach and restaurants around the area. It's a great little beach town. My only complaint is many things in the condo and building are extremely outdated. But it was really clean and roomy. I would stay again.

The condo location was great for our stay as we have family in the area. We did have a couple minor issues with the WiFi and tv (fixed during our stay). The kitchen could have been better equipped. We would stay at this unit again in the future.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Ormond Beach! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, with breathtaking ocean views just steps from the door. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure bliss.The heated pool was a fantastic bonus, especially for evening swims after a day in the sun. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Great condo! Very spacious! Well stocked! Amazing beach views!

We loved the condo!! We had a wonderful trip! The pool and beach were great! The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, trash bags, and other basic necessities. There was good seating for our family! The owner was quick to reply when we had any questions. Our only recommendation would be a king size bed In the master.
