Included nearby parking garage. Please note we include a parking garage access card at no additional cost.



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. Subject to meeting pet requirements.

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.
