The GWG Erfurt-Süd housing cooperative was founded in 1898. We are therefore delighted to welcome you to our guest apartment. We have only been renting it to vacationers since its renovation in 2012, and prior to that, it was used primarily by our members. Access to our guest apartment is at ground level. With 55 m² of living space, our guest apartment features a combined living room and bedroom, 1 bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The guest apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people plus 1 guest bed (90x200). It features a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

NOTE: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer. Shortly after booking, you will receive a separate email directly from the landlord containing an invoice with the exact payment details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The city of Erfurt charges a lodging tax of 5% on the room rate (excluding breakfast). This applies to all guests, including those staying for strictly business purposes. The lodging tax is charged separately and is not included in the listed prices.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
