Unwind in in the small town of West at this fabulous house. With three cozy bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and twin bed, guests find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. It has a nice big fenced backyard with lots of privacy and peaceful surroundings. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. Whether you’re winding down or getting ready for an adventure, this fantastic home has you covered. Enjoy all that West has to offer when you stay at our place.

We call this home The Whistle Stop because its right by the train tracks and the train comes by daily

Amazing host! House was clean, welcoming, and very well equipped! We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. My young boys loved that there were some toys to play with as well!

I lived in West,Texas as a child, and I bought this house to enjoy and share this hidden gem with others who love the slow peaceful life that I love about West

I have always enjoyed taking care of people and seeing them enjoy themselves, and thats what I like about hosting. I love showing people great places to visit, restaurants off the beaten path , secret gems in Texas that maybe they never have heard of. Such as the West Museum, or Lake Aquilla, or Cameron Park Zoo,or places to visit with kids during the fall and winter!

We now have a place 20 minutes away called Parson’s Sports Ranch that we have hosted families having tournaments there, and Baylor parents and alumni coming to games at Baylor or wedding events nearby

Because its on the main-street of the town and behind it is farmland, so I have the best of both. “ city, and a little bit of country. My house is right by railroad tracks so I named it “Whistlestop” Its reminiscent of my childhood when I was at my grandmother’s and trains would rumble past her home here in West!
