Water Pointe 1 is an ocean front condominium community located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach with no retail, no restaurants, and very little noise yet only a mile from all the miniature golf, restaurants, and shopping you could ever want. Barefoot landing is a short 1 mile walk as well as several restaurants.

Waterpointe 1 is a secure building requiring 4 digit pin to gain. Each condo has a unique building code.
The Waterpointe 1 spacious lobby provides comfortable furnishing including chairs, couches, and tables with seating for 18.
Waterpointe 1 has both indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, grilling area, two sun decks with lounge furniture, and two walkways to the beach.
