Villa Frohsinn stands proud and magnificent right in the heart of the seaside resort of Bansin—a prime example of

The historic Villa Frohsinn offers you a vacation home close to the beach in a stylish, exclusive atmosphere. You can look forward to a uniquely designed, tastefully furnished, and very comfortably equipped apartment with many extras.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
A NEW HOTEL BUILDING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED APPROXIMATELY 70 METERS AWAY STARTING IN FALL 2026.
DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION SITE ACTIVITY MAY OCCUR ON WEEKDAYS—ESPECIALLY DURING THE FIRST MONTHS OF CONSTRUCTION (EARTHWORK AND STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION).
THERE ARE GENERALLY NO RESTRICTIONS ON STAYING IN THE APARTMENT; HOWEVER, DEPENDING ON THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE, THERE MAY BE OCCASIONAL NOISE DISTURBANCES.

Apartment 08, with its bright and welcoming design, awaits you in the historic Villa Frohsinn.
Although located very centrally in Bansin and close to the beach, the vacation rental is situated in a quiet spot at the back of the villa. Between the houses, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea and wind down the evening on one of the two balconies.



The cozy living and dining area, with its light-colored walls and real wood parquet flooring, invites you to relax and enjoy each other’s company, thanks to the comfortable couch and a dining area that seats up to four people.
Cook your own meals in the well-equipped open kitchen, plan a picnic on the beach, or treat yourself to a meal at one of the nearby restaurants.
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed (180x200), so you can start each new day of your vacation feeling well-rested and refreshed.
The sofa bed in the living room can be easily converted into a full-size bed (150x200) for a third and fourth guest.



Free Wi-Fi access, two bicycles (no warranty coverage in case of theft or damage), and a parking space directly behind the villa round out the amenities of the vacation rental.
