Nice location between Shallotte and Ocean Isle, this delightful house offers a terrific retreat for guests seeking comfort and relaxation. With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and 2 twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. There are two full baths with a master bath that includes a soothing jetted bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day at the beach or on the marsh kayaking and fishing. There is a gas grill on the back deck and 3 kayaks for exploring the marsh. The backyard also has a swing for the kids and a hammock for relaxing. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this enjoyable home provides a welcoming place to create lasting memories. With Myrtle Beach and Wilmington less than an hour away, lots of golfing and activities in the area, it is a great place to call home while being on vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This home was built by our mother. She passed away several years ago so we have decided to share her little bit of heaven with others. She enjoyed being on the water and loved to fish. We hope that you enjoy the peace this home brings just by looking out at the water and sitting on the back deck or dock.

Our home is a waterfront home that is located on a tidal creek with a fishing dock. Saucepan creek funnels into the Shallotte River then out into the Intracoastal Waterway. We have kayaks to use for exploring the creek. The dock is nice for fishing and if you're lucky, you may even see a dolphin or two when the tide is in.
