Sunny open layout with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. New kitchen with gas range & custom built cabinetry. Newly renovated bathroom in 2023 with high-end tiles/fixtures. Bedroom with ample closet spaces. Newly installed carpet in the bedroom (not seen in photos).

Even if your booking request is accepted through VRBO, it is not fully confirmed until the rental agreement has been reviewed and signed. Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking
Located just south of Nantucket Town at the beginning of Surfside Road is the community of Nashaquisset. This private neighborhood has winding roadways and mature gardens with white picket fenced homes and brick sidewalks. This area represents classic Nantucket living.
