This was a perfect property for our family to celebrate our daughter’s DU graduation weekend. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and they’ve thought of all the little details that make staying here feel like home—extra Tupperware, ziplock bags and aluminum foil for leftover food; paper towels, Keurig coffee (with pods!), and plenty of silverware, plates, bowls and glasses. The many areas of the house make it an ideal gathering space for a group regardless of the weather. That said, Denver treated us to a spectacular weekend, of which we spent the majority out on the inviting fenced-in patio. The home’s location is within easy walking distance of a cute area with shops, restaurants and a coffee shop. There is window a/c in all the bedrooms except the double full room, and the only negative is that the one in the basement King room is VERY loud. All around a perfect spot for our family gathering and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Brooke is a great host. The house is beautiful and very clean. We were even able to enjoy the back patio in mid January! Everything you need for a big family dinner and stay was there. Brooke even had wine waiting for us. So many great touches! Can’t wait to come back.

Loved the house and the neighborhood is darling with a wonderful park nearby. The house is on a busy-ish street (which is disclosed) but it’s a great property and a terrific home base while in Denver! Cute backyard, well furnished, and an all around great experience!

Graduation Weekend

Stay at 1201 is located in the heart of the Wash Park neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the park and to shops and restaurants on Old South Gaylord. Short driving distance to Cherry Creek Shopping District and Downtown Denver. Red Rocks is approximately 30 minutes away.

Stay at 1201 has plenty of room, each bedroom has a smart TV and there is a large smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the sunroom. The yard is designed for entertaining with a nice patio, including both a gas and charcoal grill, seating area with firepit, as well as a grassy area for games.
