Family reunion

Graduation Weekend

This property is perfect. We were minutes away from the DU campus and an easy walk to Wash Park. Also, loved how close the coffee shops were. We will recommend this house to everyone.

Comfortable and easy

I was surprised about the amount of space and the cleanliness was appreciated. Responsive communication prior to arrival with the host. Well stocked in the kitchen and organized!

We had the best time at the beautiful property! Great location, very clean and just the cutest place! The backyard is the best little area to hang out and visit, play cornhole and look at the stars!

Family Early Thanksgiving

The house was perfect for our family to meet up for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We came from Virginia and met up with 4 of our 5 sons from Salt Lake City, UT, Fresno,CA and Denver and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Best home ever

The host was super attentive and super responsive! Everything that could be needed in a home was there starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms and restrooms and even extra supplies. This home is perfect to accommodate a big family!

The perfect group stay!

The house was so perfect for our group! The host stocked everything we would need from lots of mugs and coffee to snacks and cooking essentials. Ample fans and air conditioners to stay cool as well. The backyard was perfect for group meals and fire pits.

Charming Wash Park home

We had a lovely stay in this home in Wash Park, one of Denver’s best neighborhoods. Great host and charming home with all stated amenities. Though it’s located on University Blvd, it was peaceful and very convenient for restaurants, shopping, etc.

Stay at 1201 is located in the heart of the Wash Park neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the park and to shops and restaurants on Old South Gaylord. Short driving distance to Cherry Creek Shopping District and Downtown Denver. Red Rocks is approximately 30 minutes away.

Stay at 1201 has plenty of room, each bedroom has a smart TV and there is a large smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the sunroom. The yard is designed for entertaining with a nice patio, including both a gas and charcoal grill, seating area with firepit, as well as a grassy area for games.
