The charming holiday home “Casa Violeta'' is located very close to Playa Blanca, in the volcanic island Lanzarote, and impresses guests with its generous outdoor area and its excellent location near the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning (it works with coins) cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. In its charming outdoor area guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool, relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers, prepare a delicious meal in the barbecue or relax with a glass of wine at one of its furnished terraces (covered and uncovered). You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Playa Blanca, just a 10-minute drive from the property (5.7km), while the closest beach, Playa de Montaña Roja, is 750m away (2 minutes driving, 9 minutes walking). Lanzarote Airport is conveniently located 37.1km away (33 minutes by car).



The property has a garage available for parking.

The pool can be heated up to 28 degrees for an additional daily fee.

Wonderful Holiday

Pros: We enjoyed everything about the villa, it was our 2nd stay and we've booked again for next year. We had two wonderful weeks, everything that was needed was included from TV to pool towels. The villa is well located, and exceptionally clean, the TV package was particularly good once we worked out how to use it. Communication with the host was good, they let us know when they were coming to clean in advance, plenty of fresh towels provided, overall I'd say it was excellent. Cons: Nothing

All good

The villa isn´t brandnew, but in good condition and the estate is really big, because at that time the sizing was bigger than today, so you don´t feel caged in like a rabbit. The garden and the big pool were in good shape too. The beds were excellent as well and the very few times you hear a car weren´t very disturbing for us. The kitchen is a litlle bit outdated, but all appliances worked well, so no complaints on it. Same for the very clean rooms and German/English satellite TV facilities. In a five minute walk you´re at the coast and there are nice restaurants in walking distance as well. Check-in and -out were very uncomplicated and the assistance of the local agency was outstanding. So all good and we had a great time in this villa.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Einzig der Garten könnte ein paar Pflanzen mehr gebrauchen, aber das ist nur unsere subjektive Empfindung und soll die Tatsache nicht schmälern, dass wir uns drei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Erholung pur

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr angenehm und gut gelegen. Es sind alle Gegenstände und Utensilien vorhanden, welche für den Urlaub notwendig sind. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer gut angeordnet - alle haben Ausgang zur Terrasse. Dort saßen wir oft und haben das Flair genossen. Der Pool ist herrlich - jeden Tag sind wir geschwommen. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen … selbst wir sind davon angetan, dass wir es für das nächste Jahr schon gebucht haben 😀.
