Holiday Home "Appartamento dell Pellicano" Near the Beach and with Air Conditioning

North of Olbia, between two beaches, the holiday home "Appartamento dell Pellicano" is located in a quiet, green shore area with loose buildings, only 100 m from the beach.

The 60 m2 holiday home has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and large fridge-freezer, 2 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 6 persons.



The equipment also includes air conditioning, washing machine, heating and a television.



Outside there is a covered terrace with a dining area. So you can enjoy the hot midday hours in the shade and in the evening you can relax with a glass of wine.



Numerous restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the immediate vicinity (100-800 m). A supermarket can be reached in 600 m distance or 7 minutes on foot, further supermarkets and numerous shopping facilities are in Olbia, the drive there takes about 8-12 minutes (7-8 km).



The holiday home is situated between two beautiful bays with picturesque beaches, both of which you can reach on foot in a few minutes, three other fine sandy beaches are also only 1.5 - 3 km away.



To/from Olbia airport you drive about 15 minutes (11 km), the ferry port is about 8 km or 13 minutes by car.



Parking spaces are available on the road. Pets are allowed.
