Lofted studio for Rent in Victor. Near Ice Rink, Grand Teton Brewery, and the base of Teton Pass.
Large front porch and private entrance. 550sf interior space across two-levels with galley kitchen on lower floor, hydronic in-floor heat on the lower level, wood stove, Washer/Dryer all in one in unit. Outside is 1 parking stall, a small perrenial garden and a cherry tree. Mature landscaping and drip irrigation. Located in Mountainside Village with access to neighborhood swimming pond and hiking trails. Next to bike trail to Victor, Teton Pass, and Mike Harris biking trails. World-class backcountry skiing 15 minutes from your door. 30 min to Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee. Available April 1st.
Includes utilities (electric, water, internet, trash) and furnishing.
First month + deposit equal to one month’s rent due at signing lease. 3 month lease minimum.
House is connected to 2-bed unit, not included, via the carport so no shared walls. Shared gear storage in the carport.
