For a taste of the city's heart, the iconic Malecón and the bustling downtown area are just a quick 10-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, offering frequent connections to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecón. For quick and easy transfers, we suggest using taxis or Uber, both available in the area. If you decide to drive, we provide you with an assigned parking space.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in after 9:00 PM incurs a $500 MXN fee; however, check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM.



Electricity: 21 kWh per paid night are included. Additional kWh are $6 MXN each.



All guests, including children, must provide identification at least 5 days before their arrival. Please be mindful of quiet hours, which are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets and parties are not allowed. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.
