Luxurious 1 bedroom Penthouse located on the second line from the sea in the Bat Galim Beach. It features a spacious Balcony with a view of the sea and the city.
Penthouse with one bedroom, living room, and spacious balcony that offers views of the sea and the city. The apartment is fully furnished and renovated, with all the necessary appliances (stove & TV) and all the necessary accessories for staying.
The apartment accomadates up to 4 guests.

We are situated in the best location of the neighborhood just a few steps away from the beach. short walking distance from Rambam Hospital and Bat Galim Train Station. and a five-minute walk to the promenade. Here you can enjoy a variety of fish, Arab, Italian restaurants, and local coffee shops. At the end of the promenade, you can ride a cable car up to Carmel Mountain and the most famous Haifa monasteries.
