More than just a place to stay, this luxury beachfront retreat is designed for unforgettable moments on beautiful Sanibel Island. This property is not pet friendly and guests are afforded a single parking spot. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Guests enjoy access to the many splendid community amenities included pickleball and tennis courts, beach access, and large heated pool.
The Neighborhood:
Coquina Beach is located at the end of Nerita street, immediately bordering the beach. It is one of the most highly desired locations due to its proximity to the causeway, lighthouse, and many fantastic beaches Sanibel has to offer!
Getting Around:
We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or a rental car to get around.
Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as much as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity!
