Escape to Beach Breeze SPI! This spacious coastal retreat is just steps from the sand. Relax in your private heated pool and hot tub, or enjoy the massive game room with ping pong, arcade games, and more. Sip coffee on the wrap-around porch before heading to the shore with our provided beach gear. With a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a BBQ patio, it’s the perfect home base for families and friends. Walk to top dining and nightlife!

PARKING: There are 6 parking spots in the driveway.

KEYS & SECURITY: This property has a smart lock on the front door. No keys to keep up with. You will receive a unique access code that will be active for the duration of your stay. Simply enter your unique door code and all guests will be able to enter and leave as they please. We also have a front-door security camera monitoring the driveway and front door of the home for security.

The customer service was wonderful!!! We had some issues with the keypad on entry and the hot tub, but the owner fixed the situation ASAP. Really nice house!!! We would rent this location again.

This island has always felt special to me, and it brings me so much joy to share it with others. I’ve thoughtfully prepared this space so you can relax, unwind, and create memories of your own — the kind you’ll look back on for years to come.

Our home is thoughtfully designed for families and friends, with a spacious wraparound porch for relaxing, comfortable king beds for adults, a fun bunk room for kids, and a game room everyone can enjoy. Outside, the grill, pool and hot tub create the perfect space to unwind after beach days, making it easy for everyone to relax and make memories together.
