The Rustic Triangle A-Frame

Welcome to The Rustic Triangle in Perrysville, a cozy in-town A-frame near Mohican State Park, and Loudonville. This unique one-bedroom stay features rustic charm, a queen bed upstairs , twin size pull-out couch in living room, and modern comforts, making it the perfect home base for exploring local restaurants, outdoor adventures, Snowtrails (12 miles) Pleasant Hill Lake (3 miles) Inkcarceration, Central to River activities and nearby Shawshank Redemption filming locations — all while staying close to town.

The space
Very simple rustic stay, large yard for activities with fire pit, front porch, small back patio. FYI-OPEN loft Floor plan upstairs including bathroom area is OPEN to bedroom area. There is one exterior security camera located outside, mounted beside the front door and facing the driveway/parking area.
The camera records video for security purposes.
There are no cameras inside the cabin or in any private spaces.

Guest access
Whole house is accessible. Garage and outbuildings are not. Large yard and where fire pit is usable.

Other things to note
Will allow 6 guests if over the 3 max, but guests will have to bring own towels, bedding, air mattress etc. The host lives nearby on the same block but respects guest privacy at all times.
