Our vacation home is called “Mooie Slapen,” which is Low German and means “sleep wonderfully.”<br><br><br><br>And where better to do that than in our beautiful, high-end home in Seepark Nordhorn, close to the Dutch border? Here you’ll find everything you need to enjoy the best days of the year in a relaxed and luxurious setting—or to plan an active vacation. It’s entirely up to you!<br><br><br><br>Good to know:<br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 guests; each additional guest pays a surcharge per night.<br><br>Electricity, water, and heating are included.<br><br>Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br><br><br>Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to enjoy numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.<br><br><br><br>A parking space and a bike shed are available free of charge.<br><br>Construction work may be taking place in the newly built Seepark during your stay.<br><br>Please understand that complaints made after the fact will not be accepted.<br><br><br><br>The house features 2 bedrooms and a loft with a sleeper sofa.<br><br>One of the bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a full-length mattress. This bedroom also features a TV, window screens, a spacious closet, and nightstands. The travel crib can also be conveniently set up in this room.<br><br>In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with two separate mattresses, a closet, nightstands, and, of course, a fly screen to ensure undisturbed sleep even with the window open.<br><br>On the beautiful loft, there is also a comfortable sleeper sofa for an additional<br><br>2 people, with a sleeping surface measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m.<br><br>On hot days, a large standing fan provides cooling relief.<br><br><br><br>You can also relax in our wellness area, which features a sauna, a whirlpool, and a spacious, walk-in shower. The house also has a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.<br><br><br><br>After cooling off, you’ll find a quiet spot in the living room—equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet via fiber-optic connection), a cozy stove, and a comfortable couch—where you can truly unwind with one of the books provided and a cup of tea, coffee, or a glass of wine. Or you can take your personal relaxation ritual out onto the beautiful terrace, furnished with high-quality furniture.<br><br><br><br>Cook one of your favorite dishes with friends or on your own—the open kitchen is generously equipped with everything a foodie’s heart desires.
