Spend the most wonderful time of the year at our “SeeHus” vacation home in Nordhorn!<br><br><br><br>Our modern vacation home is idyllically situated in a quiet location just 400 meters from downtown Nordhorn. For water lovers, Nordhorn offers numerous canals, the “Vechte” River, and Lake Vechtesee, just a few minutes’ walk from Seepark Nordhorn.<br><br><br><br>Good to know:<br><br>A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.<br><br>Electricity, water, and heating are included.<br><br>Bedding, towels, firewood, bicycles, and groceries can be ordered upon request for a fee.<br><br><br><br>Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free, digital Grafschaft Guest Card. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality box spring bed (180 x 210 cm) *with 2 single comforters (140 x 220 cm each)*; the other bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed (90 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms have a TV with internet access. This way, you’ll start your precious vacation days feeling well-rested!<br><br><br><br>On the spacious terrace, furnished with patio furniture, you can spend time together while enjoying the peace and quiet with a cup of tea or a glass of wine.<br><br><br><br>A washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal.
