Safety is a priority, and the building has smart locks, keypad entry, cameras in common areas, and underground parking. However, the building does not have a power backup in case of occasional power outages.

The building provides free underground parking. Please let us know in advance if you will need a spot to assign one for you upon availability.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, as well as a shared balcony overlooking the avenue. Entering the building is simple, safe, and convenient. You’ll receive a personalized access code for the building’s main entrance and another unique code for the apartment door. No keys are required—just enter your code on the keypad to unlock. This makes arrival easy at any time of day and ensures a smooth, secure check-in experience.

The host is available through the app anytime during business hours until 11 pm, and most requests are answered within 1 hour, but no more than 24 hours.
