I had a great time but no parking available so we had to park a couple streets over, Just know it’s the hood everyone was friendly but if you’re looking for quiet place this isn’t it, room was clean I didn’t mind where it is close to everything

The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind you are close to tourist areas but not IN the tourist areas. I appreciated the aspect and insight into the local life in PR. It is a very authentic experience and one I plan on returning to. The host was very responsive and helpful to any inquiries or issues I encountered. WiFi was solid and strong enough to work from without issue. Had such an amazing time!

For a single visitor or a couple is perfect :) is a decent bed for sleeping, a bathroom and a small kitchen decently equipped. I’d have appreciated some basics like oil spray or salt. The thing I’d have like the most would’ve been to know that the property would have a water outage during my stay. Eventually it got sorted, but 48h without water changed my trip a bit (had to look for a place to shower, had to go to the restroom somewhere else etc). Any other than that the host was really fast at replying and everything else went smooth! Location is very good, and I once water came back I used the washer/drier to refresh my clothes :)

Great Value and Authentic Local Experience in Santurce I recently stayed here and overall, it offered excellent value for money. If you are looking for a functional base to explore San Juan, this is a solid choice. The Room & Amenities: The unit was clean and well-equipped for someone who prefers to handle their own logistics. It features a full-size fridge, a microwave, and basic cooking utensils, which were essential for preparing my own meals and storing supplies. Washer and dryer are available in the communal area. The Host: The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making the check-in and communication process seamless. Location: Located in the Santurce neighborhood, the area has a very local, authentic vibe. It is not a "fancy" tourist district, but it felt genuine. It’s a great spot if you want to see how the locals live, though it may feel different if you are used to more commercialized resort areas. Things to Note: The biggest adjustment was the lack of hot water for the shower. For those of us used to a constant hot water supply, it definitely takes a bit of getting used to! It caught me off guard at first, but it seems to be part of the local experience in this type of housing.

This spot is truly a hidden gem! Everything was as described and it was perfect! The owner was on site and took care of everything in a timely manner and even gave me recommendation on places to go! I plan on going back for new years and I'll go right back to this spot! It's only a few minutes walk to the beach, 24hr grocery store and all kind of food places as well! The owner also keeps a table full of sunblock, lotions, bug spray, hand sanitizer and even soaps and females hygiene products so if you forgot anything then your still good! I thought it was very thoughtful!
