Discover Unit 508 at Executive Keys Condominiums, a second-floor Port Aransas condo with Gulf views. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers 1,100 sq ft with a private balcony overlooking the water. Inside features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a fun margarita station. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Located next to the pool, rec room, and laundry, with a short walk to the beach.
HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please note that parking is first come, first served, as there is no assigned parking. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. Pet Friendly (Fees do apply, 2 Pets Maximum)

The condo itself was great. Comfortable beds and loved the location. However, the kitchen was bare. Most places would have basic spices or decent cutlery. This condo had salt and pepper only. Not a sponge for the sink either.
