Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival.
50% Refund: 8–14 days before arrival.
No Refund: 1–7 days before arrival (exceptions for documented medical emergencies).

Deposit Policy
A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation to secure your stay.
