Accommodation description:
This beautiful residence in the right wing of a semi-detached house surprises with its modern, atmospheric interior. The abundance of wood combined with high ceilings, lots of glass and elements from the mountain world create a unique atmosphere. After a nice day, you can relax in your own sauna and from the living room you have access to the balcony with glass wall. It feels just like being in the middle of the mountains here!

For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet has an excellent location. This is because Piesendorf-Walchen itself has a small ski area called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl, where there is a practice area with a drag lift (Naglköpfllift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing are also possible here. The popular Zell am See - Kaprun ski area is just around the corner. In a few minutes, you can reach the Kaprun (6.4 km) and Zell am See (8 km) ski lifts by car. The ski bus stops 300 m from the chalet.

In summer, the region offers numerous carefully mapped out hiking and cycling routes for every skill level. Fancy a refreshing dip? Visit one of the many outdoor or indoor swimming pools. The famous Krimmler Waterfalls are just a stone's throw away

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
