Gather in the cozy den for movie nights on the oversized 85" TV, or prepare meals together in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your food on the screened-in porch, curl up with a book from the in-home library, or head out to explore local parks, restaurants, and the iconic Jack Daniel’s Distillery. On the main level, you’ll find a primary bedroom with an attached bath, a bunk room with one full bed and three twin beds, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed that shares a hall bathroom. Two large, open living areas provide plenty of room to gather, including one with a cozy library nook perfect for reading or relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cooking, entertaining, or enjoying meals together. This level also opens to a large porch featuring dining tables and two oversized twin swings—perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations.

Downstairs, the home offers two private primary suites, each with a king bed, a queen sofa bed, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The downstairs den includes an oversized 85" TV and a comfortable couch for movie nights. Step out onto the lower-level porch to enjoy additional outdoor living space with a table and chairs, a couch, and a ping pong table for laid-back fun. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so please do not block the neighbors access. The house does have a circle drive if additional parking is needed!
