HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.

As a traveling family, we know what essential means, especially when it comes to the kitchen and bathrooms. That is why we make sure you have the essential condiments in the kitchen, like salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and a small bottle of canola oil. We also provide you for the first morning with coffee, sugar, Splenda, coffee creamer, some tea bags, and extra kitchen towels, in addition to a large roll of paper towels. In the bathrooms, we leave the essentials for your first night and a little extra: a small bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, a body wash, lotion and 2 rolls of toilet paper, as well as enough towels in three different sizes. We also have enough pool towels available in the closet next to the half bath.

This house was built in 2024, it is almost new, it has all the space to keep the family together but at the same time separated, enjoying all the beautiful things the house has. The place where it is located is quiet and peaceful.

This area has many family-friendly restaurants, and just a 6-minute drive away you can find different options.

This property is designed for family and good friends, because for us family and friends who are like family are a blessing, and a house has to have an atmosphere where love and peace are felt and seen.

That is why the small details are important to us, and that is why we monitor every step in the preparation of your arrival and do it as a family with our children, because in this way they learn to look out for others and learn that making someone happy is not a job, it is a blessing.

TRASH DISPOSAL: trash collection is every morning please make sure place trash in the resort dumpster to is located next to the from door(brown box) daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it may not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you with the address!
