This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a spacious living room, small balcony and kitchen with beautiful upgrades. The condo is equipped with standard amenities to make it feel like home. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy for your sandy excursions. High speed WIFI and cable included with your stay.

Inside, you`ll find a spacious living room perfect for unwinding after a sun-filled day, one full bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful upgrades, and a private balcony to catch the ocean breeze.

Everything has been thoughtfully stocked so you can arrive and relax right away — no need to pack heavy. We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a buggy to haul it all down to the shore. High-speed WiFi and cable are included, so you`re covered when you`re ready to wind down for the evening.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating. The resort offers shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables.

Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within minutes. We also provide complimentary beach towels, chairs, a buggy and an umbrella.

We provide 1 (one) digital parking pass for a passenger vehicle.

Please note* the HOA over the summer is currently updating hallways with interior painting and new carpet. They will also be painting the exterior of the condos. You may see workers and occasional brief detours in the halls, though access to your condo will always be maintained. There is also potential for daytime noise during this work. - Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
