With its tasteful interior design, every day of your vacation will be a day of well-being!<br><br>This 110 m² vacation home features a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen on the first floor. Here, you can prepare meals together and spend cozy evenings. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two stylishly furnished bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds that ensure restful nights. Another bathroom with a tub and toilet provides additional comfort. For families, a crib and a high chair are available upon request.<br><br>The beautiful garden invites you to relax—unwind and enjoy the fresh air. This non-smoking house is almost perfectly equipped: Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, microwave, carport, and two bicycles are at your disposal to explore the beautiful surroundings.<br><br>Discover the Hümmling Nature Park with the many hiking and biking trails right on your doorstep and experience nature up close. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere and look forward to unforgettable vacation days at Quartier 10!<br><br>As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):<br>- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weight area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks<br>- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe<br>- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
