The cozy, detached vacation home “Marianne” awaits you, where you can unwind in the evening after an eventful day in nature or after visiting a variety of sights. Just 1,300 meters from the vacation home, for example, lies the Baroque hunting lodge complex Schloss Clemenswerth, with its park-like grounds, idyllic pond, and resident stag.

The vacation home measures 70 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. Conveniently, it’s all on one level. You can look forward to a kitchen with an adjoining living room, where cooking together is a delightful experience. From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace with a small, secluded garden—ideal for relaxing and for your dog, who is warmly welcome at the “Marianne” vacation home.

The vacation home also features a cozy double bedroom and a lovely twin bedroom, both of which promise restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine.

Bringing children along? You’re welcome! The vacation home provides a crib and a high chair for your little ones. The playground in the vacation home complex also promises plenty of fun and invites your children to play

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can take advantage of a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):
- At the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gym (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training machines, and various classes / day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor tennis court and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
