Welcome to the Hümmlische Auszeit vacation home, your idyllic retreat in the picturesque Hümmling Nature Park. Here, the great outdoors meets modern comfort—the perfect place for your vacation.

This lovingly furnished vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a well-equipped kitchen (including a waffle iron) with a dining area. The open-concept living room, complete with a smart TV and DVD player, is perfect for relaxing evenings.

Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a convenient guest bathroom. A high chair and a travel crib are available for families.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the inviting terrace or plan your excursions thanks to free Wi-Fi. You can store your bicycles safely in the garden shed.
The vacation home is located right next to biking and hiking trails—ideal for excursions through forests, meadows, and picturesque castle grounds. Go canoeing on the Hase River, fishing, or take day trips to the North Sea coast. The surrounding area is also a true paradise for your dog.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house so that all guests can enjoy a pleasant stay.

As guests in the Sögel vacation home area, you can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities in the town of Sögel (prices subject to change):

- at the “Fitness & Gesundheit Sögel” gyms (approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area) and Era-Gym Sögel (approx. 2,500 m from the vacation home area): free weights area, cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and various classes / Day pass: 10.00 EUR per person, including water and mineral drinks
- Sauna area at the Hotel Clemenswerther Hof with two saunas (60°C and 90°C) / 1,500 meters from the vacation home area / Fee: 12.50 EUR per person per day, including water and tea / Please bring your own towels and, if needed, a bathrobe
- Indoor and outdoor tennis facilities at TV-Rot-Gold Sögel e. V. / approx. 1,600 m from the vacation home area / Fee per outdoor court per hour: 6.00 EUR / Indoor courts: price upon request

The Sögel vacation home area will be expanded at the end of 2026. Noisy construction work will begin in November 2026 and end in March 2027. No construction work will take place between Christmas and New Year’s. Quiet hours in the Sögel vacation home area will be observed even during construction!
