Cozy loft above main living space (spiral stair access) offers large sectional sofa, 65 inch TV with Apple TV and streaming services. Living area has ample comfortable seating, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceiling with fan. Kitchen is well-equipped with dining area for 4, new gas range and a Nespresso coffee bar. Large deck has outdoor dining table and great privacy. Downstairs in the garage you’ll find a ping pong table and second bathroom. Down a path through the woods is a small treehouse overlooking the dock, kayaks, and water. This is a very private location, but still close to many attractions in the area.
