The house was great. Light on cooking utensils and appliances but it is a newer rental so that will all come. Host was very quick to reply. Well stocked with towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Pool was great. Ran out of propane for the grille early. Great place to entertain. Comfortable beds. Crazy huge TV's. Good location for the beach.

Hi Sharon and thank you for your feedback. The remodel is now complete and the remains of the remodel have been discarded. As I said before your arrival, there was a complete remodel of both bathroom and kitchen. Everything would be and was functional except the drywall needed plastered and painted in one of two bathrooms. When we tried to replace stove we respected your need for privacy. I was quick to answer any problems or concerns and guided you thru your stay. I’m sorry my hospitality and costumer service wasn’t enough to suit your needs.

The listing was accurate, the property was comfortable for five guests. The propane for the grill was empty and the grass needed mowing.
