Beautiful single-family house "Villa Aniva". In the hamlet Matiki 2 km from the centre of Žminj, in a sunny position, 26 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Motor access to the house (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, pebble beach 26 km. Riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: adventure park 20 km, zip line 15 km.
4-room house 102 m2. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 36 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Entrance hall with air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Pool und Garten sind wundervoll, die überdachte Terrasse bietet ausreichend Schatten. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits des nächsten Ortes, die Küstenorte und Strände sind mit dem Auto alle in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar (Parkplätze am Strand zu finden, kann dabei etwas dauern). Für uns war die Lage prima...wir haben es genossen, nach einem Strandtag an den sehr vollen Stränden in die Ruhe des Hauses (dabei sollte man wissen, dass das Haus in Hörweite der Straße liegt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat) und an den immer sehr sauberen Pool zurückzukehren. Danke auch an Ani für die nette Betreuung. Es waren zwei tolle Wochen und wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder!

Wir waren mitte Juni mit 3 kleinen Kinder dort. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass mit dem Pool und Spielgeräten. Schön ist auch der große Baum der Schatten spendet. Außerdem ist man sogut wie alleine.

Schön ruhig gelegen

Objekt ist wie in den Bildern dargestellt, sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Vermieterin konnte für Fragen ständig kontaktiert werden.

Great house for the kids

The house is very nice equiped and very comfortable. The pool is great for the kids and they had a lot of fun in it. The house is located near the town of Zminj and in the town one can find everything needed. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes away by car. The hosts of the house where very welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed.

Super, super, super.

Perfekt. Großes Haus, sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden. Grundstück mit Schaukel, Trampolin und ein super schöner Pool. Es gibt Platz und Ruhe. Einfach wundervoll. Leider konnten wir nur eine Woche buchen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Kommen aber bestimmt bald wieder.

Istrien wundervoll

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und waren begeistert. Durch die zentrale Lage auf der HI konnten wir alle Ziele schnell erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
