The vacation townhouse “Urlauberdorf 50A”—with a south-west-facing terrace—offers 62 square meters of comfortable vacation living. The cozy living and dining area is equipped with a pull-out sofa, a wood-burning stove, a TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-west-facing terrace surrounded by a lawn. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and space for your vacation wardrobe. There is also a natural-light-filled shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine on the first floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a second TV. A guest restroom is also available on this upper floor. This non-smoking home accommodates up to 6 people, and a free parking space is available on-site. Additional parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs (under supervision).
