The Space: Spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Plenty of seating for everyone and 75" TV in the living room. Large front and back yards and screened in heated/chilled salt water pool. You'll have tons of fun with indoor and outdoor games including Fooz Ball, Bumper Pool, Ping Pong, Dart Board, Disc Golf Course, Corn Hole and Jenga.

Location: Centrally located - public beach and restaurants 15 minutes drive, grocery story 5 minutes away.

Note regarding the pool: Pool is cleaned once per week, typically later in the week (Weds-Fri). The discoloration in high traffic areas such as the floor and stairs is due to the age of the pool, it is not dirty. If you would like additional cleaning of the pool, there will be an extra trip fee of $75. Please monitor pool level so it remains full to the 1/2 mark of the top tile. If the level is low please re-fill as the water level should not go below the skimmer.
