In our wonderful villa you will find 2 private pools
picklball court ( free from 6 am to 8 am - 6 pm to 8 pm )
ninja warrior course, & cenote cave .
The pools are fantastic to have your picnic or BBQ or just to float around and look up,
lots of green space to enjoy with family or take your time out on a sun bed.

our location is 5 min away from downtown with car we are right on the exit from playa del car to tulum

events of any kind need to be autorized and or pay extra cost .

over 16 people there is an extra 25 usd x person a night

smoking is not allowed inside the house. Fine can be up to 250 usd
