プライベートの高級温水プール、スパ、広々とした舗装エリア、広いグラウンドフロアのベランダが備わる静かな熱帯の裏庭。

あなたがアンナマリアに渡り、島のペースに降りるようにあなたの悩みを後ろに残しなさい。 私たちのビーチハウス（個人的な休暇の家 - 投資不動産ではありません）は、美しい家具、高品質のリネン、12インチの高い天井と優れた屋内/屋外の広々としたオープンプランのリビングエリアを備えた明るい宿です。 3つの大きな海岸沿いのベッドルーム（キング、クイーン、ツイン）、収納スペース、2つのモダンなバスルーム（1つのスイート）、巨大な独立シャワー、洗濯室の近くのホールWCクローゼット。

私たちは2014年の夏にプライベートプール＆ホットタブを設計し、設置しました。 特別な滑り止めプールの表面は、若い（そしてそれほど若くない）が足踏みなしで水に入ることを可能にする「ビーチアクセス」を補完し、深さ2インチで始まる！

熱帯の植栽は太陽と日陰の両方の領域を与え、夜間にはヤシが自動的に点灯して裏庭とプールエリアの雰囲気を高めます。

上の階には、カスタムキャビネットを完備した完全装備のキッチンを使用しています。 大きなお部屋で屋外ダイニングを楽しめます。

プールでは、ハンモック、サンラウンジャー、ガスバーベキューグリルを取り入れた大きなエントランスレベルのパティオを楽しむことができます。 リモートアクセス、ビーチチェア、ビーチカート付きの大きめのダブルガレージ。

島の北に向かって、息を呑むような夕日を持つ湾のビーチの牧歌的で柔らかい白い砂に2-3ブロック（3-4分歩く）のプロパティの真珠。 Holmes Beachのレストラン、バー、ショップ、ギャラリーから徒歩わずか数分の静かな地区です。 無料の島トロリーバス停留所がすぐ近くにあります。

This house is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay. The pool is amazing and it’s just 3 blocks to the beach. Beds were comfortable and we loved our time.

The house was absolutely beautiful and was great for our family. The pool area was so beautiful with a sitting bench on the deep end. The house was super clean and the air conditioning was the best in hot days. We would definitely rent here again.

This is my family’s 6th year at the Beach of Pearl! The home is clean, short walk to the beach, pool and hot tub. The grille was upgraded to a Blackstone which makes it easier to cook! My vehicle fits in the garage which is an added extra since we garage keep it at home. As always thanks for sharing your beach home with us!

Extremely well stocked home, super easy to arrive with the family and feel right at home. Beds comfortable, showers worked well, washer and dryer, able to host our other family well (total of 10 people), kitchen and baths were updated. Easy 8 min walk to the beach and tons of beach supplies at the house. All we bought was sunscreen - chairs wagon umbrellas towels toys etc.Some minor nitpicks - the pool was small. With our 3 boys, it was too crowded for adults. It might work for kids and adults that just wanted to float but if you have kids that play, it’s too small for a whole family to be comfortable. The spa didn’t really get hot so don’t expect that. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

The pool is larger than all our neighbouring properties and we're sorry that you thought it too small for all the family - no-one has ever had a problem before. We'll have a look at the information we send guests as it was only near the end of your stay you said that you didn't understand the spa - and when we turned it on for you via the app, you agreed that it was working properly and heated straight up to around 100f.

We had the best week at this beautiful house! The pool and backyard were amazing, the kitchen had everything we need, all the beds were so comfortable and the house was spotless. We were able to walk to several places to eat and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We cannot wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Pearl of a Beach. The owners were really helpful and were very happy to answer any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and more with an amazing outdoor space and pool. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the island. Would highly recommend!

Amazing time

This was an amazing place and an amazing time. The location was perfect with easy walks to beach, several food locations and shopping. This was one of the cleanest, comfortable and family friendly places we have stayed. The private pool was great to relax after baking in the sun at the beach. We would love to rent this house again and have already recommended to others.

A wonderful stay

The house was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space for our family of 5, located within easy walking distance to the beach, the Ping Pong table was a big hit and our hosts could not have been nicer.

Excellent home! The house itself is comfortable and well equipped, location is very convenient and the owners are great. The pool and outdoor living areas are the best we’ve had on AMI! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved playing in the pool. Air condition worked great. Kitchen well stocked. Water pressure/showers were great. Vaulted ceilings made it feel even bigger. Our family of five would happily come back here. This Vrbo exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return.

Wonderful family home

The house was so clean when we arrived. It had absolutely everything we needed for our family if five. The beds were comfortable too :) We loved the pool and spent alot if time in it. Its a little bit of a walk to the beach, but doable with the wagon provided. Thank you! We loved AMI.

Holmes Beach family vacation

5 star family vacation! Beautiful home, awesome weather and the homeowners responded within minutes to any questions! They had everything needed for home away from home.

Pearl of a Beach Home

We loved our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the property was the perfect size for our family of 5. You can walk to the beach from the property in about 8 minutes- we found a golf cart very helpful to get to the rest of the island. The kids loved the pool and it was super clean!

So good to hear the kids loved the pool and that the house was super clean - we've passed that onto our Cleaning Crew who are fantastic. With 2000 ft2 of indoor space there's certainly plenty of space for up to six (and an infant). Great vacation spot on AMI

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great very close to the beach and dining options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed enjoyed mornings and early afternoons at the beach and came back to the house to enjoy the awesome outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental check in and out were both a breeze!

We enjoyed our first vacation on Anna Maria Island in April 2013 and just fell in love with ........everything! We returned that summer for another vacation and decided to celebrate our upcoming 30th Wedding Anniversary (our Pearl anniversary!) by buying a vacation home on AMI.

For the final week of our summer stay we toured the island together on a tandem cycle, getting to know every street and visiting Open House events. On returning home we took to Zillow and found "our Pearl" on-line and decided to buy it - sight unseen.

By the end of October 2013, we were the proud owners of a vacation home on AMI. As we entered for the very first time, we knew we'd made a great choice and the name was clear to us both " A Pearl of a Beach Home" (in Holmes Beach!).

Our wonderful Realtor, Marianne (Island Real Estate) looked the place over for us and told us "the camera doesn't lie! Great internal layout, spacious outside spaces, high ceilings, quiet neighborhood, central on the island and close to the beach."

What's not to love?

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location is great and the lack of a pool back in 2013 was actually a real bonus. It allowed us to design our own, include a spa and beach access and add a special non-slip surface. We added mature planting and lighting in the backyard which gives privacy and a sense of tranquility.

A short, flat and safe walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the nearest stop for the free island Trolley service make getting round the island real easy.
