About our Energy Efficient Vacation Home:
We generate our own electricity with our solar panels on the roof! We provide this service so that when you turn on the A/C or the heated pool, things go as planned. Our vacation home was completely remodeled in 2019. Our comfortable, tastefully furnished, and light-flooded vacation home provides everything needed for relaxing holidays as a couple or with family and friends. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ensured all walls (interior and exterior) are insulated so that you can sleep without any disturbance. The garden and pool areas are tucked perfectly within our beautifully landscaped garden and local palms. The new tall fence line provides ultimate privacy on all sides. The tropical garden is landscaped consistently and oriented towards the south to maximize sunlight all day!

Sufficient space is available for two cars in the access area to the house and in the two-car garage. The unloading of purchases is quickly and easily manageable.

Our renovation included only high-quality materials like oak hardwood floors, Kraftmaid Kitchen and Bathroom Vanity Cabinets, Cambria Luxury Quartz-countertops, high quality mattresses, Samsung washer and dryer, high speed internet (work remotely with our 500MB Wifi or Lan Network) and much more ......

The MASTER bedroom is equipped with a KING bed and it has a large ensuite bathroom with huge shower and a free-standing tub. BEDROOM 2 is furnished with a QUEEN size bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower. BEDROOM 3 has one TWIN XL and one Twin, connected to the Jack & Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have windows and are equipped with an HD flat-screen TV, ceiling fans, and closets.

The generously sized LIVING ROOM is equipped with an additional large 65“-HD flat-screen TV offering 125+ Channels, a portable “Beats By Dre” beat box with blue-tooth and USB, a printer and Playstation.

The open KITCHEN is equipped with all amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, big fridge, etc. The breakfast nook and kitchen Island offer enough room for six persons.

The POOL TABLE is always fun. There are several new board games (Chess, Monopoly, Cards...), and Wall Scrabble too.

A high-quality WASHER and DRYER (with enough detergent on site), ironing-board, and electric iron are accommodated in a separate and well insulated LAUNDRY ROOM.

Our house is completely air-conditioned and can be heated if necessary.

You will feel extremely well in the quiet, sunny, and very PRIVATE OUTDOOR AREA. The large 13 X 25 ft. HEATED POOL/SPA is 3 to 6 feet deep and always the major attraction. The pool service checks the water quality and cleanliness once a week. The pool area is spaciously designed and equipped with an outdoor shower, deckchairs, a sufficient number of chairs, 55" TV and comfortable lounge seating under roof.

Enjoy access to our WEBER GRILL STATION and gather for fellowship around the sheltered outdoor seated area while the kids continue enjoying themselves in the pool. If you are travelling with toddlers - you'll find a NUNA-crib, highchair, play-tent and tarp for the beach.

The BEACH is just around the corner: direct access to the beach is within a walking distance of approximately 90 seconds. Of course, beach chairs, sunshades, a cooler, large beach towels, beach toys are available as well - and a CART to bring it to the beach.
