Beautiful Condo Located in Times Square at Fort Myers Beach

Two Bedroom Two Bath Suite: Harbour House 204 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath second floor hotel condo on the tropical Estero Island known as Fort Myers Beach. Since the devastation of Hurricane Ian, a lot has changed. We are in the process of rebuilding our beautiful island, and would love to welcome guest back to help us celebrate each new reopening of our local businesses. There is still seven miles of beautiful beaches. Have lunch or dinner at Wahoo Willies or even the Yucatan, maybe some Fresh Catch Bistro. Yo Taco is open again, along with Mom’s for the best cinnamon rolls or breakfast on the beach. Everyday new businesses are opening as we attempt to rebuild our island and lives.. Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available via elevator or steps on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, all linens and towels provided and your own in-condo washer and dryer. This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of hard surface countertops, a stainless steel sink with disposal and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Behind louvered doors is a stacked washer/dryer set. Appliances include a 4-burner glasstop range with self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave oven, a dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. There is an elevated peninsular bar with a pass-through to the dining area with a table seating up to four. The living area has a queen-size sleeper-sofa with accent tables and lamps. Across from the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered and furnished balcony overlooking the street below with the shops, restaurants and awesome view of the back bay with all its boating activities. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet space and a chest of drawers with a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open out to the private balcony with the same view as from the living room balcony. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and tiled walk-in shower. Harbour House 204 is located just opposite the pool/spa area and the outdoor covered seating area with its large flat screen TV. This vacation destination will be an experience to cherish!
