Guest favorite Ocean Front condo recently returned to vacation mode from a long term rental. Managed by seasoned 5-star property host. Second floor condo above Mission Beach boardwalk. Panoramic, unobstructed ocean, beach and boardwalk views. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Four interior levels for separation, privacy. Sleeps 11. Short walk to Belmont, restaurants, activities yet well buffered. It comes with a good sized parking space and extra parking is available in a public lot reasonably close or is sometimes available at a neighbors for a modest fee. This was a lovely property right on the beach in San Diego, Mission Beach. We had the best time and view looking right at the ocean. Only thing I didn't realize was that we had no outdoor sitting space on the upper two units. Two lower units have a deck right by the boardwalk which can be a plus but you do have alot of people walking by. Having two bathrooms was hugh for 4 people. Will definately look at renting from Eric again. Commuication was very responsive.

**If you truly want to SEE, FEEL, and HEAR the ocean, this is the place!** The listing did **not disappoint**! You are literally right there — the only thing between you and the sand and ocean is the boardwalk. The beach is so easy to access, and being that close to the water made our stay extra special. The place had **everything we could possibly need**, with plenty of places to sleep, and we had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach, and just listen to the ocean. And Eric was an **amazing host**! He was easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us before we arrived. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to have a great stay.We had such a nice time and would **absolutely stay here again!** Thank you, Eric, for being such a great host and helping make our trip so enjoyable!

We did enjoy our stay. We went looking for ocean side relaxation and got that. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant. The property needs a refurbishing- multiple things that, while minor in nature individually, add up to a pattern. A little disappointing.After taxes and fees- our booking price was 40%. I understand taxes and a cleaning fee. I don’t understand some of the other fees and the total price was a bit shocking given the condition. We accept responsibility for not researching better on a rather short notice trip on Labor Day weekend to boot. Our excitement about staying right on the beach blinded our diligence a little. Lessons were learned.

The location was excellent! It is right on the beach. The windows were difficult to see thru, probably a result of the harsh ocean environment. There was a hand written sign on the screen, ‘Do not open’. It would be nice to open the screen to get a clear unobstructed view of the ocean. The curtains on the front of the unit were secured with clips, but several were broken, so they looked a little tacky. The host was great to work with and answered our questions before we arrived and helped us secure an additional parking space near our condo. The kitchen was very tight, but had everything we needed. The beds were ok, a bit firm for our taste. The pillows were flat as pancakes. There were a ton of towels and beach toys, I.e., beach chairs, beach toys for the grand kids, corn hole, etc. We were there for 3 nights so the space worked for us, but we would look for something a little better maintained for a longer stay.
