The cottage is absolutely stunning. Well furnished and with everything you need to be comfortable and to meet all your needs for a truly wonderful vacation in and around the water and the beach. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and is fantastic if you have little ones as it is very shallow at the shore and drops very slowly. You can easily walk out a good 80 plus feet. The cottage was spotless when we arrived with a personalized welcome sign. The host is incredible and very responsive if you have any concerns or issues. Diane ensured we had a dining table to fit 7 and provided everything we needed for 5 adults and 2 young children to feel completely at home without wanting anything. Also, the site manager, Connor will drop by to address anything like trying to connect the TV to WIFI which we had to have him do for us the first night. The cottage is very kid friendly and I would highly recommend the Cottage to families with young children - they will have a blast playing on the soft sandy beach which seems to go on forever and splashing around in the water. Also a great place if you have no kids - good fishing, great evening campfires and stunning sunsets, plus you are only a short distance drive to Pembroke if you need to pick up something and for groceries, or if you want to take a break from BBQing. Definitely a place to keep on the list for a great cottage experience and escape.
