3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) comfortably host 6-7 adults, also an extra folding bed for an extra person that can be set anywhere.

4 Kayaks (2 adults and 2 kids), BBQ grill & full kitchen

Each room is heated by an individually controlled electric baseboard heater and also has a ceiling fan. Readily available running hot water supply in both washrooms and kitchen. The washrooms are completely renovated recently. Plenty of clean towels, linens, and toiletries are there for your use. The cottage also has a fully functional wood-burning fireplace for that added ambiance!

Full kitchen includes microwave, stove, oven. and a large refrigerator. Make use of the assorted cooking pans, utensils, spices and dishes for hosting a large dinner. Plenty of board games, TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Netflix, Youtube to watch your favorite movies.

The 1350 sqft cottage has its own private sandy beach with a dock. The water gets gradually deep so it's very safe for a family swim. There are plenty of beach umbrellas and camping chairs, life jackets, and outdoor sports equipment (volleyball, badminton, soccer ball)

Four Kayaks for you to enjoy the serenity of the Ottawa river, but if you are not quite the adventurous sort then lay down on the hammock by the beach and listen to the birds chirping and waves washing ashore!

At night enjoy not one but two fire pits - one by the beach and one adjacent to the cottage, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs with plenty of firewood for those memorable bonfire nights. The river view Caribbean themed outdoor bar is perfect for serving your favorite drinks while listening to your favorite music.

The cottage also has three patio dining tables for that coveted outdoor family dinner.

The property is situated in a very friendly cottage neighborhood.L, fenced and gated and there is plenty of parking inside. The area is very safe and free of any dangerous animals. Oh also did I mention it’s a great place for fishing?

This place is quiet yet not too far away from town amenities- in 8 min driving distance you will find almost all items you would need:

Pets are allowed, however, please keep your pets under your constant supervision, as the neighbors may have dogs as well. Also, please use pet blankets on sofas and beds if you like your pets to accompany you.

Lastly, please note, we are not a party place, ideal for single-family or couple of closed knitted families. We do ask that you respect the noise by-law and keep volume and voices reasonable after 10 p.m:) as there are neighbors on both sides of the cottage. Trust us, we understand you are on vacation and we know you want to relax but we just ask that you be respectful!
