Mar · Sol · Tierra is a private mountain retreat where nature and comfort meet. Rent the entire property and enjoy three thoughtfully designed rooms with private entrances, including one accessible room with an accessible bathroom and parking. A shared covered terrace with hammocks and seating overlooks a flowing river, lush greenery, and mountain views—perfect to relax, disconnect, and experience Puerto Rico beyond the crowds.
The property features natural outdoor areas, including a gently flowing river within the grounds, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. As with any natural environment, guests are encouraged to enjoy the surroundings mindfully and at their own discretion.
Due to the natural setting of the property, guests are asked to review and acknowledge a standard liability waiver prior to accessing certain outdoor areas. This is a common precaution for rural and nature-based properties and helps ensure clarity and guest safety.

We’re hands-on with the finca and enjoy welcoming guests, sharing local tips, and taking care of the small details that make each stay comfortable and meaningful.

It’s a quiet rural mountain area surrounded by forest, birds, and fresh air. Mornings are filled with natural sounds, cooler temperatures, and a slower rhythm that invites you to relax and reset. What we enjoy most is the balance — feeling immersed in nature while still being a short drive from rivers, El Yunque, beaches, local towns, and great Puerto Rican food. It’s a place where you can truly unplug and experience a more authentic, calm side of Puerto Rico.
