Park City Getaway Main Level Condo + In-Unit Washer/Dryer
Welcome to our Mountain retreat! This peaceful modest beautifully appointed condo offers comfortable décor and main-floor living, ideal for a relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Kimball Junction, 2 minutes from I-80, and just 10 minutes from world-class skiing/snowboarding. Don't want to rent a car? The FREE Park City shuttle stops here. Summer brings boating, fishing, camping, and festivals. Jump in the hot tub, walk to the outlet mall or explore the Millennial Trail out back.
We just completed a full upgrade of our unit, a bathroom complete with bidet! Warm galley kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, whether you're staying a day or a year. You can even pack lighter knowing there's a free full size washer and dryer inside the unit.
The separate Queen bedroom features a 55" TV, and the Living room has a pullout sofa bed (sleeps 2 small or 1 large) with a 65" TV for your relaxation.
One of the best things about our condo is its main floor location - no stairs to navigate with groceries, heavy gear, or when you're dashing back from the hot tub in the freezing cold. It's also NOT a studio apartment, offering you more space and comfort. The hot tub is a short dash (about 15 yds) from the back patio with full access to the Millennial Trail. Plus, every department store you might need is a short walk. 2nd best is the location! Easy to get to Deer Valley or the Park City Mountain Resort, I-80 will take you to the airport in 35 minutes! Our neighbors are the BEST, wonderful and welcoming. Come in, make yourself at home. Enjoy your stay!
Access by Smart Lock. Entire property, including community spaces such as, hot tub, pool (summer only), workout room, clubhouse, and volleyball courts. (Separate key fob) One assigned covered carport, and one open parking space which requires a parking pass. Free new full size washer/dryer inside the unit. The Millennial trail is 100 yards from our back door.

The unit is located on the main floor with a single step at entry, making it convenient for luggage and equipment. Please note, the property is not ADA compliant.

In addition to world-class skiing, the Park City area offers movie theaters, bowling, Olympic Park attractions, sledding, biking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, music festivals, snowmobiling, ziplining, dog sledding, skating, and hundreds of miles of walking and hiking trails.

Mid-Stay Cleaning
Stays of 21 nights or longer require a paid mid-stay cleaning, charged at the same rate as the departure clean. Failure to maintain the home in reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning fees or action consistent with the site policies.
Appliances & Community Amenities
On rare occasions, appliances may malfunction or community amenities (such as pools or hot tubs) may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or repairs. While we make every effort to address issues promptly, availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control.
Please notify us if anything is broken, missing, or accidentally discarded so we can address it quickly.
Weather Conditions
Weather may include early-morning snow removal, or summer yard care, winters invite icy walkways, and changing road conditions. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts and planning travel accordingly.
We are not responsible for weather-related delays, cancellations, illness, or disruptions outside our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Wildlife Awareness
The area is home to wildlife ranging from small critters to larger animals, from mice to moose. Wildlife sightings are possible due to nearby open space and trails. Though they may seem furry and cute, PLEASE maintain a safe distance and avoid interaction. We are not responsible for wildlife encounters.
Bus Shuttle
The PC Shuttle stops at the condo entrance at Powderwood and Kilby, its a short 2 minute walk. Pro Tip: If you're carrying a lot of gear, renting a car or UBER/LYFT may be easier.

Children are welcome; however, the home is not child-proofed. This includes unsecured tables, furniture and electronics, and televisions are not wall-mounted. Any children’s equipment provided (such as cribs or playpens) has not been professionally inspected.
It is the responsibility of all adults to supervise children at all times. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for ensuring the safety of all children during their stay.
