This was was very nice and has plenty of rooms for a family! The thing not listed was that there is a train that runs quite frequently and is noisey, so just keep that in mind! The host was helpful when we reached out with questions!

Overall the location and communication of the host was great! Steps to beach access was excellent. Some things to note: the gas for the grill was not included in the stay and was empty upon arrival. The door was hard to lock and loose for our stay. One of the futons was missing legs which was hard for some in our party to sit on since it was low to the ground. The washer dryer in unit is super helpful but the hot and cold were switched which took some getting used to.

A nice house with room for two cars to park on the driveway. Only a 10 minute walk to the pier area, and an even shorter walk to the beach. A good spot to drive out of the area to restaurants without having to drive through the busy pier area. The house was clean and matched the description.
