Our modern, stylish house is fully equipped for a perfect stay. It features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and everything you need to relax and enjoy.

Step outside to your private fenced pool and enjoy the outdoor fireplace, BBQ grill, trampoline, and a fun game area, exactly what you need for a memorable getaway with family or friends.

Located just a 12-minute drive from Clemson University.

Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, perfect for families and groups.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite:
Enjoy a king-size bed, a TV, a private bathroom, and access to a small balcony.

Bedroom 2:
A cozy and comfortable queen-size bed.

Bedroom 3:
Two bunk beds creating four single beds – great for kids!

Bedroom 4:
A bunk bed with a dedicated workspace area.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic essentials such as spices, oil, pots, plates, glasses, and everything you need to cook your own meals.
The dining area includes 4 chairs plus a bench, so you’ll have extra seating.

Living Room:
Our living room is cozy and inviting, with a TV and a coffee corner where you can relax while visiting loved ones or getting ready for a local football game.

Outdoor Amenities:
Relax in our private, fenced pool for added safety.
Unwind by the outdoor fireplace with a glass of wine or roast marshmallows with the kids.
There’s also a trampoline and outdoor play area.
We provide a charcoal grill (charcoal not included).

During your stay, each guest will receive:
• One bath towel
• One face towel
(Extra towels are available upon request in advance.)

Important Information About Pets:
We’re happy to welcome pets in our home! However, we kindly ask that you keep them off the furniture and supervise them at all times to help us maintain the space.
Please do not allow pets on the beds.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping avoid any additional charges.
Service animals are warmly welcome here, just please show valid ID before arrival.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for up to 2 dogs.

*IMPORTANT *
To confirm the booking, a valid ID is required, as well as an email address to sign the waiver.
The guest is required to provide a valid ID and email address at the time of booking in order to sign the rental agreement and complete the reservation.

(Important to note – in light of recent incidents on Airbnb, it is strictly forbidden to mine Bitcoin on the property due to electricity costs. In such a case, the tenant will be charged for the electricity bill.)
